What we collect
When you use our contact form we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, business name, the service you’re interested in and your message. We record the date and time of your enquiry.
We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. To protect the form from abuse we briefly keep a one-way, anonymized fingerprint of your IP address, which expires automatically after about 16 minutes.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you ask about. We don’t sell your personal information.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored securely with our website host, Cloudflare, and may be shared with our customer relationship management (CRM) system so our team can follow up. These providers may store data outside Canada.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, then delete them.
Your choices
Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@vetrigroup.ca and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
